Nevermiss is a WhatsApp-based reminder assistant that helps you:

• Set reminders via WhatsApp messages
• Receive reminder notifications at scheduled times
• Manage recurring reminders
• Get daily summary messages (for Plus users)

Nevermiss operates through WhatsApp's Business APIs or approved integrations.

To use Nevermiss, you must:

• Have an active WhatsApp account
• Be at least the minimum age required to use WhatsApp in your country
• Agree to these Terms of Service

Free Plan:

• Basic reminder functionality with limited features
• Up to a certain number of active reminders

Nevermiss Plus:

• Unlimited reminders
• Daily summary messages
• Priority support
• Additional premium features

Pricing and features may change. We will notify users of significant changes.

You agree NOT to:

• Use Nevermiss for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Share your account or use automated tools to access the service
• Interfere with the service's operation or other users' experience

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We strive to keep Nevermiss running reliably, but:

• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• WhatsApp outages or network problems may affect message delivery
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or delivery of all reminders

Do not rely solely on Nevermiss for critical or time-sensitive tasks.

All content, features, and functionality of Nevermiss are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service
• The Nevermiss name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Nevermiss is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for missed reminders or any damages resulting from service use
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
