We only collect:

• Your phone number
• The reminders you set (including time and repeat settings)
• Your time zone (when you set it)
• Basic subscription details if you upgrade to Nevermiss Plus (plan, start date, status)

We do not:

• Read your WhatsApp chat history
• Access your contacts
• Collect any other personal data unless you explicitly provide it as part of a reminder

We use your information to:

• Schedule and send reminders on WhatsApp
• Generate your daily summary message (for Plus users)
• Manage your subscription (for Plus users)
• Maintain and improve the service (for example, basic usage analytics in aggregate)

We do not:

• Sell your data
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your reminders for advertising or profiling

• One-time reminders are automatically deleted after they are delivered.
• Repeating reminders remain active until you cancel them.
• If you stop using Nevermiss, you can request deletion of all reminders associated with your number.

If you want us to delete your data, email us at support@nevermiss.bot from your registered WhatsApp number and we will process the request.

Payments for Nevermiss Plus (when enabled) are processed securely by Razorpay or another similar payment provider.

• We do not store your card or bank details.
• We only receive limited information (e.g., transaction ID, payment status) needed to confirm your subscription.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted connections where applicable
• Limited access controls on our systems
• Secure hosting environments

Nevermiss operates through WhatsApp's Business APIs or approved integrations.

• Messages you exchange with Nevermiss travel through WhatsApp's systems.
• Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own Terms and Privacy Policy.

Nevermiss is designed for general use by adults and older teens. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children below the minimum age required to use WhatsApp in their country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
